For Los Angeles Moms Overwhelmed by Their Homes
Get your Space and Your Time Back
Create simple, personalized systems where everything has a place and everyone knows where things go, so you can spend less time managing your home and more time enjoying your life.
You used to be organized but the systems that worked for you before simply don’t work for the life and family you have now.
You can get organized. The problem is, you can’t seem to sustain the organization.
Things don’t have a clear place, so you’re constantly looking for what you need, moving things around, cleaning up, and reorganizing the same spaces. Your home starts taking up way too much space in your brain and instead of living in it, you feel like you’re constantly managing it.
You’ve bought the bins and organizing products. You’ve reorganized the drawers and closets. Maybe you’ve even gotten everything looking good before, only to watch it slowly revert back to the way it was.
Eventually you start wondering, “Why can’t I keep up with this anymore?” You used to be organized. You know you’re capable. But now your home can leave you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, even “lazy and frantic.”
The problem isn’t you.
There’s too much stuff, things don’t have a clear home, and the system isn’t easy enough for everyone in your family to follow, so you eventually find yourself right back where you started.
That’s why I don’t organize the room. I organize for the family living in it.
I look at how you actually live, what you use, what gets lost, what piles up, and what no one can seem to put away and create simple, personalized systems around those real behaviors.
Because the goal isn’t to get your home organized once.
It’s to make it easier to keep it that way.

“[Sona] listened carefully to the way our family utilizes the kitchen and… put together an organization that saves us so much time and frustration every day.”
“It is so intuitive and yet so different from what we were doing.”

What If Getting Your Home Back in Order Only Took 15–20 Minutes?
The difference isn’t trying harder. It’s having less to manage and simple systems everyone in your family can actually follow.
BEFORE: BUYING BINS AND RE-ORGANIZING
You’re constantly looking for things or buying things you already own because you don’t know where things are.
You get organized, but you can’t seem to sustain the organization.
You spend your free time cleaning, reorganizing or shopping for bins to manage all the old and new stuff that keeps piling up.
Your home constantly makes you feel like you're behind. It messes up with your mood and identity.
Your home gets messy faster than you can keep up with it, and you fear that one day you’re going to run out of space.
AFTER: AN OVERHAUL AND FUNCTIONAL SYSTEMS
Everything has a home, and everyone knows where things go.
Your family can actually help because the systems are simple enough for everyone to follow.
Your home can get messy without becoming overwhelming, because you know you can get it back in order in 15–20 minutes.
A friend stops by unannounced and you neither feel embarrassed nor have to make a mad dash around the house before they arrive.
You spend less time managing chores and more time enjoying your family, sleeping, having actual conversations, and doing the things that are important for you, like working out.

Hi, I’m Sona.
I’m a professional organizer, UCLA Sociology graduate, and a mom who understands firsthand how much harder it becomes to keep a home organized when life gets fuller.
Over the years, working inside real family homes has taught me that lasting organization isn’t about making a space look perfect or giving everyone the same system. It’s about understanding how a family actually lives and creating simple, personalized systems they can realistically maintain.
My goal is to give you a home that takes less time and energy to manage, so you have more of both for the life you actually want to live.
You don’t need to spend another weekend reorganizing the same spaces or wondering why you can’t keep up with your home anymore.
If you’re ready to get your space and your time back, let’s talk.

Still Wondering If This Will Actually Work for Your Home?
Here are the questions I hear most often before someone decides to work with me.

Many organizers serve a broad audience, but I specialize in helping moms who feel alone in managing their homes and responsibilities. I deeply understand the mental load of motherhood, which is why my approach is both compassionate and effective.
My goal isn’t to add another to-do list to your plate. I bring ease, peace, and relief to your home. I create systems that last, ensuring that you don’t fall back into old habits. My solutions save time, money, and energy, making your life easier, not just your space tidier.
Before becoming a professional organizer and decluttering coach, I used to help businesses run more efficiently – streamlining operations, restructuring teams and improving communication. Creating systems and bringing efficiency wherever I go is my superpower, whether in homes, businesses, or everyday life.
Most importantly, my clients never feel judged. They feel heard, understood, and supported. I don’t just help people rearrange their spaces; I help them break free from overwhelm. I live the lifestyle I teach – balancing a business, single motherhood, personal growth, and even fun hobbies.
I focus not just on decluttering and organizing but address the emotional and psychological aspects of clutter, making decluttering a truly transformative experience.

I highly recommend that you interview at least 3 professional organizers before choosing the one you’re going to work with. If you still have doubts, hire the one you have a good feeling about for a small project. You will know at the end of it if you should invest in more sessions. I only work with clients who have done their research and know that I am the right fit for their needs. If we decide to work together, and you end up not being 100% satisfied with your results, I will give you a full refund for that session. So far, I am happy to report, no client has asked for a refund, but if you happen to be the first, there will be 0 questions asked. I am here to make an impact.
Here are some additional things you can do to guarantee success:
Stick to our appointments. Be clear and honest in your communication with me. Show up. Take notes. Follow through with instructions. And most importantly be kind to yourself. Organization is a learned skill. You can get better at it with practice.

My method was created for the busy woman (and occasionally man) who is absolutely excited and deadly serious about getting their home and life organized. They have come to realize that NOT having an organized life is costing them time, money and above all, energy. My program was created for the determined woman (and sometimes man) who is committed to taking action.

I have worked with many women and a few men who have ADHD. Actually, ADHD is the common trait of my clients who have become close friends. There is something about their creative thinking and energy level that matches greatly with my own.
Also, before getting into organizing I read a lot of books on the subject to be a better sister and friend to my brother and close friend, both of whom have ADHD.

You will get the best results if you are present at the purging stage, both physically and mentally. Another thing that is super important and valuable is communication. Very early in our relationship you will notice that I practice 0 judgment and value honesty and openness because that’s what helps me get you the best results.
For best results I also recommend that you follow all the maintenance rules I leave you with.

The first step is to schedule a consultation to make sure that we are a good fit to work together.
Then we will start decluttering together. This is a three step method. First, we will purge everything that no longer serves you, then find home for everything according to our strategy plan. The second step is deciding if you need any additional products/solutions. If you do, then we will order/purchase them. The third step is finalizing everything, namely labeling, placement and education about maintenance.

For an estimate, please book a call so we can talk about your project. It will help me recommend the best package and service for your personality type, need and budget.

I totally understand this fear, and this is how I ensure it doesn’t happen.
First, I will find out everything about you and your family; what you have been doing or what some common challenges are that keep coming up.
We will also talk about your family members’ personalities, habits, learning styles and lifestyle.
We will find solutions to common problems and create systems that work for all family members.
After we’re done, I will give you instructions on how to maintain your organized system. As long as you follow these few rules, your organized space will stay organized.
So far, I am happy to report that all my clients are able to maintain their organized spaces. The spaces that need occasional tweaking are kids’ spaces because of their ever-changing interests and needs. I am always there to help you figure out how to make these changes.
